If the post-containment had started rather well, its sales then fell sharply. “At the start, lots of people came so we worked really well. And over the past week, there has been around 30% less attendance ”, laments this professional.
Used to confinement?
The main reason: its customers think twice before going out to make a purchase during this period of deconfinement. “I think we finally got used to the confinement. You have to take back the desire to go out, to move ”, explains a passerby. Result: according to the confederation of traders, sales fell by 30% on average.
